New York City questions the diminution of a Vigilante :: 'The Night Watcher' .. crime has leveled out yet not subsided. Never will.


The reunion of the Rat's family and the four Ninja Brothers resounds as the hero's hearts sing victory underneath the smoldering city streets.

Their family is again one .. as Karai and the Foot Clan prepare for a different kind reunion and one the Rat's Clan will be invited to if they like it or not.

The Organization is one of many mixtures and amalgams.. ancient ninjitsu arts and sorcery to the cutting edges of space-age technologies and much knowledge this planet has never known.

What megalomaniacal Global Organization would be without it's dirty little secrets,insults and tarnishes to its' history.


Experiments,mutants, monsters,pawns, the disastrous ..out of control..these are the dust bunnies the Foot Hide in secure and secret vaults far from the light and the eyes of governments who may very well soil the already blood stained steps of the ancient 'Foot Dynasty'.

Amidst rumblings of Saki's resurrection,Tokka remains one of these "Dirty Little Secrets" .. or "Known Taboos". Things of well known significance ..yet so horribly embarrassing to speak of such things would be like smearing elephant excrement on a bride's lilly-white wedding dress.


While the alien Utrom race is known for it's peaceful nature.. they are not acclaimed for their perfection. The toxic waste and all it's consequences from the galactic travelers; responsible for the genesis of the Turtle enemies. This is also the reason of Tokka's origin and that of his mutant sibling ;Rahzar. Tho' to a much more sinister and lethal effect.

After the downfall of the Shredder and the recoil of the Foot ..:: Tokka and Rahzar , once noxious weapons against Oroku Saki's foes ..became unstable fodder for the shadows of the Foot Clan. They now wore the scars of victims,pawns, and dupes ..tainted history in the Shredder's war on the Turtles.

After what a one time 'De-mutation' .. the Utroms' waste had forever corrupted Tokka and Rahzar's DNA. Within weeks,months and the years to follow.. the creatures and their mutations became unstable. After Rahzar's disappearance..Tokka has taken many forms.

Confused,angry,monstrous, and even vengeful.. the Monster Snapping Turtle became a walking time-bomb of sorts.


Just as the Rat's Clan was celebratory in their recent family reunion .. all these many years Tokka had been in a destructive mourning. The death of his' Mother ' ..the loss of a Brother .. his 'family' was ruined,his sight disillusioned and his heart became poisoned (of sorts).

The broken canister Tokka hordes beneath his shell is forever reminder of trauma and painful things.


The Ooze runs through Tokka's blood .. he cannot live without it. What once was the cause of his creation.. has infused itself within the spiked shell of the Snapper. As erratic as it's made his genetic structure.. it's also become symbiote with Tokka.

Only within the past few months has Tokka been able to comprehend that it also is fueling him,his anger, his heart..enabled him to survive ..and may very well allow him to exact his revenge on his adversary cousins.

While he is still learning the "Secrets of the Ooze". Tokka's somewhat innocence has now conflicted with scars and stains of his pure animal savagery,confusion and pain, and the human fallibility of evil introduced to him by Saki. Tokk can conrtol it a bit. Move it,shift it,shape it. Form it.. harness it ..tho' just a bit. For now. Will power is not his strongest device. This may change.

The Ooze may be guiding him .. or perhaps he is guiding 'IT'.. the "ONE"-ness they form is powerful and new.. and the danger it poses has yet to be seen. Or is it to late ??


One grey,cool & over-cast summer night..

an entity sensed this fresh power and confusion in an abandoned junkyard a hidden New York burrow. One stray Dero saw to tap into what seemed to be a lowly Snapper-Mutant's fascination with a deadly new 'Toy'.

While the Dero are unfathomable in their dark tidings..


..advanced alien-science,psychic manipulation, and the supernatural do not always mix into the healthiest of cocktails.

If not by Tokka's own intent or by his pure dumb-luck..:: the Dero beast's advance on the Snapper was broken by an unseen attack of Mutagen Ooze !!


The Ooze purged out of what seemed to be every pore in the Snapper's wet and scaled skin and infected the unworldly composition of the Dero.

An explosion and a seemingly mile high tower of old rubber tires fell upon the lost Snapping Turtle. A new mutation and victim of the Ooze had formed ..

A glowing, green Bear Creature ..an almost shape-shifting Zombie stood colossal and lofting over Tokka.

Ooze in it's construct.. but gerally 'Dero' in it's appearance. This new beast stood at first seemingly in Tokka's command. Sadly ..the Turtle's nature was not that of a commandant ..but more of a minion.

Tho' it would seem as tho' an alliance had been formed, a friendship.. and potentially immoral.

Tokka's grasp of avengement was loose. Perhaps his new power had opened up another can of worms and opportunity for his heart to be shattered once again.

But even these things were of no concern ..as the two creatures held eachother's hands in a sign of unity and trudged slowly towards the signs of moonlight.. almost unison in their mindlessness. Almost unison in their thoughts of vengeance on the Rat's clan.





::..suddenly ..::


.. the Dero became plasmatic.. loose.. his form became 'Formless' and he grew into a mass of enormous green goo.

..Tokka stood abruptly.. and silently as the plasma ensnared him. The Ooze, the Green Dero and the Snapper became one giant blob of toxicity. The blob slowly sank into the soil of the already poisoned junkyard and it all disappeared !!

The only witness to the violent and odd encounter were the rats.


The Ooze still holds many secrets ..some even Donatello and the scientists of the Foot have yet to or may never discover.

Or perhaps someday , with Tokka's help.. they'll discover it ere long.
